Refund Processing

- One-on-one tutoring sessions after the session has been conducted.

Course Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a live course or tutoring session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment.
Exceptional Circumstances
Lingofy reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the event of exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing course access or medical emergencies. Please provide supporting documentation where applicable.
